Jean Zolet
CEO

With more than 25 years of experience in the composites industry, Jean Zolet has built a career spanning technical processes such as vacuum infusion, RTM, and pultrusion, as well as commercial and industrial management responsibilities. Over the years, he has worked with customers from sectors including automotive, wind energy, and aerospace. He currently leads a team of 220 people at BlueWind Technology, with responsibility for finance, human resources, production, R&D, and sales. During his tenure, the company tripled its revenue in seven years. His industry involvement also includes participation in trade associations, international conferences, and major trade fairs.

Carlos Sinhori
Director of Operations

Carlos Sinhori is a mechanical engineer specializing in composites with more than 18 years of experience in industrial management across operations in Brazil, Europe, and the United States. Over that time, he has worked on the development and scale-up of manufacturing processes, including infusion, RTM, 3D printing, and continuous lamination. He currently leads production, engineering, and supply chain activities at BlueWind Technology and MCS, with a focus on cost control, process improvement, and operational performance in demanding industrial environments. His involvement in the sector also extends beyond day-to-day operations through associations such as ACMA, ALMACO, and SAMPE, as well as his role as Board Advisor to the Chemistry Department at the University of West Florida.

Henry Kelley
Director of External Relations

Henry Kelley is a manufacturing and international business executive with a background in advanced composites, American manufacturing, and international trade. A University of Florida graduate with an MBA from Rollins College, he has helped develop industrial operations in the United States and abroad. He is a co-founder of BlueWind Technology and MCS Manufacturing Composites Solutions, with experience in large-scale projects for the renewable energy and composites sectors.

Henry is also a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, with experience in supply chain strategy and global business development. He currently serves as Vice President of the Propeller Club, supporting the maritime and logistics community along the Gulf Coast. A U.S. Army veteran, he served during the Gulf War and received the Bronze Star.

André Schmitt
Process Specialist

André Schmitt began his career in 1998 and has built a trajectory of more than 28 years in the composites industry. Over that time, he has worked across several stages of production, including lamination, finishing, painting, pattern making, design, and production supervision, and today serves as a process specialist at BlueWind. His experience also includes supplying major manufacturers in the bus, tractor, and truck industries, as well as projects tied to the construction sector. Along the way, he has worked closely with professionals from across the industry, including sales representatives, equipment suppliers, business owners, engineers, and shop floor teams, building a broad, practical understanding of composites manufacturing.

André Silva
Process Engineer

André Silva is an industrial engineer with postgraduate training in Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, and composites engineering. With more than 15 years of experience in the composites industry, he has built his career on developing tooling and production equipment for composite manufacturing processes. He currently works as an engineer at BlueWind, focusing on this area.

Gustavo Moro Rios
Materials and Process
Engineering Manager

Gustavo Henrique Moro Rios is a chemist specializing in materials engineering, with work focused on materials and process engineering for advanced composites. He has built solid experience in the manufacture of large fiberglass structures, especially for the wind energy sector, working on materials development, process optimization, production ramp-up, and the industrialization of composite components. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives to expand production capacity through layout improvements and process adjustments. He is also active in innovation and continuous improvement efforts, while contributing to the development of composite engineering through mentoring and industry engagement.

Fernando Melo
Product Engineering and
Quality Manager

Fernando Melo is a mechanical engineer with a master's degree in innovation and more than 20 years of experience in the reinforced plastics industry. Over the course of his career, he has held positions in engineering, materials development, quality, and innovation at Gatron Composites and other companies, working on projects for sectors such as automotive, agriculture, trucks, trailers, buses, construction, and pulp and paper. He currently serves as Product Engineering and Quality Manager at BlueWind Technology, part of the same corporate group as MCS.

Matheus Portela
Product Engineer

Matheus Portela is a mechanical engineer with over 6 years of experience in the composites industry. As a product engineer, he has been involved in the development of fiberglass components for a range of industrial applications, supporting projects from initial concept through industrialization. His experience includes product development, manufacturing processes, and cost estimation, with a focus on delivering solutions that combine performance, quality, and competitiveness. Over the course of his career, he has applied structured engineering methods to ensure consistent, efficient project execution across diverse markets.
