The name is new, but the background behind it is well established. Manufacturing Composites Solutions (MCS) was founded by engineers and technicians with extensive experience in composites manufacturing, including fiberglass, carbon fiber, and aramid-reinforced plastics, and is backed by know-how built in demanding industrial environments.
MCS is linked to BlueWind, a manufacturer of nacelle covers and other components for the wind energy market. With the creation of MCS, the group now operates through two business lines: BlueWind remains focused on wind energy, while MCS takes on projects for other industries.
The company serves customers in sectors such as marine, aviation, rail, architecture, agriculture, transportation, and tooling. In addition to parts manufacturing, MCS also develops prototypes, offers 3D printing for tooling and parts, and provides third-party laboratory testing.
Located in Pensacola, FL, its plant was set up to handle different types of industrial requirements. The structure combines equipment and resources for processes such as RTM, RTM Light, RTM Skin, Infusion, and Pultrusion, supported by an established network of global suppliers.
MCS's main differentiator, however, is the team behind the operation. The company brings together engineers and technicians with solid experience in product development, industrial management, and the implementation of composite solutions.
